UGR Under 19, No More Harsh Light

Have you ever looked up at a light and felt pain in your eyes? That is glare. Glare is not just annoying. Over time, it can hurt your eyesight. Our engineers designed a solution for this problem. Our low glare LED downlights use a deep-recessed light source. The LED chips sit deep inside the housing. You cannot see the light source directly from the side. The light bounces off reflectors and comes out softly. This gives you plenty of brightness without the harsh sting. These lights are perfect for offices, classrooms, hospitals, and homes where people stay for long hours.

Precision Optics from Philips Experience

We offer this light in 7W and 9W. The size is D88×79mm with a Φ75 cutout. The housing is metal, and it mounts recessed. Our optics knowledge comes from years of making parts for Philips. They demanded very strict optical performance. That experience taught our team how to control light. We know how to adjust reflector curves to shape the beam. We know how surface finishes affect reflection. All that technical know-how goes into this low glare downlight.

High-Speed SMT and Full Inspection

Our factory has two Yamaha high-speed placement machines. They work with an eight-zone reflow oven. This gives us precise SMT assembly for driver boards. Our wave soldering line uses Jintop brand equipment. Every board goes through an ICT tester. This finds bad boards before they reach the assembly line. After the full light is built, we do one final test. Every unit must pass a power test and a brightness test. Bad lights never leave our factory.

If you need a light for reading or fine work, this is worth a close look. Install it over a desk, a work station, or even in a museum display case. In these places, light comfort directly affects how people work or view art. We suggest you ask for a sample before ordering. Put the sample in your real space and test it yourself. Sample development takes 15 days for a first prototype and 45 days for a final sample. Sample costs are negotiable.
