Lightweight Design with In-House Drivers
We offer this light in 4W and 6W. Both measure φ87×48mm with a Φ75mm cutout. They install as recessed lights. The housing uses high-quality plastic. This plastic is safe and flame-retardant. It also makes the light lighter and easier to install. Plastic works well in places that do not need a metal housing. We have our own wave soldering and SMT shops. We make all our own driver boards. The driver is the heart of an LED light. We keep this part in our own hands.
Clear Custom Lead Times
We offer OEM and ODM services. If you need special specs, send us your drawings. Custom samples take 15 days for the first prototype and 45 days for final samples. Sample costs are negotiable. For clients with real potential, we may offer free samples. We also support mixed orders. You can combine different colors or models in one order. This is great for buyers who need many types but small quantities of each. We always suggest you approve samples before placing a large order.
Real-Time Updates and Faster Reorders
We believe in open communication. During production, we send regular updates. We share photos and videos so you know where your order stands. This is especially helpful for overseas clients who cannot visit our factory. For repeat orders, we cut delivery time significantly. The materials and processes are already set. We do not need to retool or requalify parts. We can ship much faster. The exact time depends on your order size, and we can discuss it.
