Dual Head Emergency Light

Regular emergency lights have only one head. The light range is limited. Our dual head emergency light has two heads. When the power goes out, both heads light up at the same time. The coverage area is much wider. This is perfect for corridors, stairwells, garages, and basement escape routes. The two heads can be angled separately. Point one head toward the stairs and the other down the hallway. One light covers two escape paths. This design is very useful for construction projects. It reduces the number of lights you need to buy and install. That saves money on both materials and labor.

We offer this light in 2W and 4W. The 2W version measures 311×194×59mm. The 4W version measures 311×320×59mm. Both use metal housings and standard installation. Metal is especially important for emergency lights. These lights may be used in a fire. Plastic housings can soften or melt in high heat. Metal housings keep their shape even under high temperatures. We make all our metal housings in-house. Everything from stamping to painting is done in our own factory. This ensures every housing meets our thickness and strength requirements.

The internal power system for this dual head emergency light is designed by our own team. Our electronic engineers developed a charge-discharge management circuit just for emergency lighting. It has three key functions. First, constant-current charging stops the battery from overcharging. Second, under-voltage protection stops the battery from deep discharging. Third, automatic switching works in milliseconds when the mains power fails. These three functions seem basic, but making them reliable takes deep technical skill. Our engineers have completed many environmental tests. They ran charge-discharge cycles at both high and low temperatures. The system works well in all climates.

Every dual head emergency light goes through a runtime test before shipping. We fully charge the unit first. Then we disconnect the mains power and time how long the light stays on. The result must meet national standards, usually at least 90 minutes. We record the result in our quality files. If your project needs test reports, we can pull these records at any time. We support clients with various product certifications. We hold CCC certification for China. We are now working on CE for Europe and UL for North America. Our products are open for inspection by SGS, TÜV, or any other agency you choose. We suggest scheduling the inspection before the final packaging. This lets the inspector check both the product function and the appearance. Our quality team prepares all documents in advance. This includes raw material test reports, production records, and factory test reports. We do not hide anything during the inspection. We show our normal daily production.
