Fire rated emergency lights are different from regular ones. The housing and internal materials are all fire-treated. Regular emergency lights can burn and fail in a fire. Fire rated lights can survive high heat for a certain time. They keep working during this critical window. This gives people extra time to escape. We offer this light in 2W and 4W. The 2W version measures 311×194×59mm. The 4W version measures 311×320×59mm. Both use standard installation and all-metal housings. We put fire performance first. We never compromise on materials.
Material and Structure for Fire Safety
We put a lot of work into material selection for our fire rated emergency light. The housing uses fire-retardant metal with a heat-resistant coating. The internal wiring uses high-temperature wires. The insulation rating is much higher than standard wires. The battery compartment has separate heat shielding. Even if the outside temperature rises, the battery stays safe. In the structural design, we separate the battery from the circuit board. This reduces heat concentration. All wire terminals are tightened to prevent loosening in high heat. These design details come from years of supplying international brands. Panasonic engineers shared many fire safety design ideas with us. We have built them all into this product.
Quality Red Line and Daily Morning Meetings
Our factory has a clear rule. Quality is the red line. Every new employee learns this rule during training. The training covers operating standards, quality benchmarks, and job responsibilities. We make sure each worker knows that their work directly affects product safety and client trust. No one is allowed to cross the quality line. The production leader holds a short morning meeting before work starts each day. They review the previous day's quality results and any issues. If there are new quality requirements or client complaints, these are also shared in the meeting. This daily training keeps every worker aware of quality standards.
Equipment Calibration and Climate-Controlled Workshop
We have a strict schedule for equipment calibration. Our placement machines, reflow ovens, and wave soldering machines are calibrated monthly. Other support equipment is checked quarterly. Equipment accuracy directly affects product consistency. If the parameters drift, product quality will vary. Our SMT shop is climate-controlled. Temperature and humidity affect solder paste performance and placement accuracy. We keep the workshop environment within standard ranges. This makes sure production conditions are the same every day. We invest in these measures for one goal. We want every fire rated emergency light to have stable, consistent quality.
Custom Development and OEM Services
We accept OEM and ODM orders. We can work from your drawings or samples. Custom options include housing color, power level, logo printing, and packaging. Our engineering team first reviews the request. We give you a feasibility analysis and development timeline. Hand samples usually take 15 days. Final samples take about 45 days. Before mass production, we confirm the sample with you. This makes sure the final product matches your expectations exactly. We have 110 staff and 6 assembly lines. We can run several custom projects at the same time.
