Panel lights are different from downlights. A panel is one flat light surface. The light is even and soft. Traditional panels are usually 50mm thick or more. They will not fit if the ceiling gap is too shallow. Our recessed flat panel LED lights are only 31mm thick. They fit almost all ceiling types. Use them in kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, or offices. The power is 9W. The size is Φ120×31mm. Installation is recessed. The housing is plastic. The milky white diffuser makes the light surface completely even. You cannot see individual LED dots.

Surface Emission Design Removes Glare

The panel light has a full diffuser surface. The LED light goes into a light guide plate first. Then it spreads out through the diffuser. The light comes out very softly. Compared to downlights and spotlights, our recessed flat panel LED lights have almost no glare. Even if you work under them for hours, your eyes stay comfortable. They are perfect for places where people work for long periods. Examples are offices, schools, libraries, and hospitals. At 9W, they provide good light without using much power. Compared to old fluorescent panels, they save over 50% on electricity.

Sixth, closed-loop problem solving. Every issue is logged, fixed, and checked again. We never let the same problem happen twice. Seventh, station segregation. Passed, rejected, and pending products are kept in separate areas. This stops mixing. Eighth, final full inspection. Every product is tested before shipping. Bad products are never allowed out.
