Side-Lighting for Perfectly Even Brightness

The key technology in panel lights is edge lighting. The LED chips sit on the side of the light guide plate, not the bottom. Light hits tiny patterns on the guide plate and reflects forward. This makes the whole surface evenly bright. You do not get a bright center and dark edges. Our edge lit LED light panel comes in 10W and 13W. The 10W measures Φ128×33mm. The 13W measures Φ180×33mm. Installation is recessed. The housing is metal. These panels are great for offices, classrooms, hospitals, meeting rooms, and living rooms where light comfort matters.

Metal Housing for Higher Power Cooling

We also have a plastic ultra-thin panel. But this one uses metal for better cooling. At 10W and 13W, heat output is higher. Metal handles the heat better. The back of our edge lit LED light panel is one large metal heat spreader. Heat moves through the metal and into the air. We also added cooling slots to increase the surface area. Even in a closed ceiling space, this panel stays cool. Good temperature control means the LEDs lose brightness slowly. The panel lasts longer.

In-House Driver Production

The driver is the core of any LED panel. We make all our drivers ourselves. Our driver shop has SMT and wave soldering lines. Our edge lit LED light panel uses a constant-current driver built just for this model. Every driver goes through aging tests, input-output tests, and insulation tests. Only the ones that pass go to assembly. Making our own drivers means they match the panel perfectly. The voltage, current, and power are all set for this light. We do not worry about outside driver quality issues.

Order Issue Communication and Delay Handling

If something goes wrong during production, we tell you right away. This includes material delays, machine failures, or quality problems. We first check how much the issue will affect the delivery date. If the effect is small, we adjust internally to recover time. If the delay is big and we cannot meet the original date, we inform you immediately. We tell you the reason, the new estimated date, and our compensation plan. We never hide problems until the last minute. Early notice gives you time to make other arrangements. Honest communication is the basis of long-term relationships.
