They keep their structure and lighting function for a certain time during a fire. They also let you adjust brightness to your liking. These are perfect for hotels, hospitals, schools, and high-rise homes. These places need high fire safety. They also need comfortable lighting for people who stay there. One light solves both problems. We offer 7W and 9W versions. Both measure D84×79mm with a Φ75mm cutout. The housing is all metal and installs recessed.

Strict Material Sourcing and Testing

We spent a lot of time selecting materials for our fire rated dimmable downlights. The metal housing has a fire-retardant coating. This coating expands in high heat. It forms an insulating layer that slows heat transfer to the inside. The internal wires use high-temperature wire rated above 200°C. Normal PVC wires would melt and short out. The connectors use V0-rated flame-retardant plastic. This is the highest level of plastic fire safety. We test every batch of incoming material. Tests include flame resistance, heat resistance, and smoke density. All materials must pass before they go into production.

Equipment and Work Environment Standards

Our workshop runs to strict safety standards. We calibrate equipment regularly to keep precision high. The ventilation is good and the temperature is comfortable. Our SMT shop uses two Yamaha high-speed placement machines and eight-zone reflow ovens. These need stable power and clean air. We check the machine status and settings before work each day. The wave soldering line uses Jintop brand equipment. We calibrate the temperature curve and clean the solder dross regularly. Good equipment condition means good solder joint quality. And solder quality directly affects dimming stability and fire safety.
