Precise Beam Control for Accent Lighting

Spot lights and downlights work differently. Downlights spread light for general lighting. Spot lights focus light for accent lighting. Our round LED spot light sends a focused beam to one small area. Use it to light up a painting, a product display, or a work surface. We offer two beam angles and two body sizes. The 3W version measures φ110×47mm. The 5W version measures φ124×47mm. Both use a Φ74mm cutout. Installation is recessed. The housing is plastic. These lights are great for showrooms, supermarkets, clothing stores, and galleries.

Engineering Plastic Housing Benefits

Some people think plastic is worse than metal. But it depends on the use. This spot light uses high-quality engineering plastic. It has three clear benefits. First, it is light. It will not fall during installation. Second, it insulates well. You do not need extra grounding. Third, it allows precise shaping. The reflector fits tightly with the housing. This gives a more even beam. Of course, plastic does not cool as well as metal. But this light only uses 3W or 5W. Heat output is low. At this power level, plastic is enough for heat management. Our thermal tests confirm the LED temperature stays within safe limits.

Optical Design from Philips Partnership

We used to supply parts to Philips. This experience taught us a lot about optics. Philips engineers demanded very strict beam uniformity and edge sharpness. We used this knowledge to design our own spot lights. The reflector for this round LED spot light is designed in-house. We adjust the reflector curve and surface finish to control the beam shape and edge softness. The light pattern is smooth from center to edge. There are no bright rings or dark spots. This beam quality is important for retail displays. It stops uneven shadows on the products you are showing.

Mixed Orders for Small Quantities

We know many buyers need several product types. But each type may only be needed in small quantities. For this situation, we accept mixed orders. You can combine different colors or different models in one order. We will produce them under one minimum order quantity. This way, you do not have to buy extra stock just to meet the minimum for each type. You can build a flexible mix of products. Our production system can handle many types in small batches. It takes more management work, but we are happy to offer this convenience. Mixed order terms and minimums are negotiable.

Free Samples and Shipping Process

We offer sample shipping. For potential clients, we may provide free samples. You only pay for shipping. Before shipping, we confirm the sample model and specs with you. We make sure we send the right version. Samples are packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. We give you a tracking number after shipping. When you receive the sample, you can run your own tests. These might include brightness tests, color temperature checks, installation tests, and aging tests. We suggest you test samples before ordering. Seeing the product beats any description.
